Tried to set up a payment on app, wouldn't let me so I left the app, called a rep and made a payment of **.**..on Oct **th...on November **th was charged ***.** and repnsaid I set it up on app.....the app wouldn't let me schedule the payment that's why I called it in, rep I spoke to said my account wasnt eligibal for payment arrangements that's why the app wouldn't allow me to schedule a payment....so I made the past due payment with the rep...now I demand a refund of the ***.**
GetHuman-jgoral did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
