I received a letter stating that Comcst would be doing a Plant Extension for my home address. I called to cancel this extension on Sept *, ****. The utility company has put flags in my yard to mark utilities which tells me this request was not canceled. I had spoken with John Rieberger at ***-***-**** on Sept. * also, but when I called today, the number had been disconnected. How do I get this service extension canceled?
