Three months ago my Comcast bill increased beyond my budget. Comcast said if I agreed to a two year contract for $*** a month my monthly bill would be $*** for two years. I just received my bill and it is $***. I reached out to Comcast by phone to receive an explanation for the increase when we both agreed to the $*** for * years. A Mexican speaking girl could not answer my question, she just kept reading something of a sheet of paper saying my plan had not increased. I requested to speak with a supervisor and held for over ** minutes and never had the opportunity to discuss my concerns. If my bill has increased, that means my contract has been broken and I am free to seek services elsewhere, but I can not reach someone that can discuss this with we.
