I was wanting to chat with a Customer Service Representative about our past due account and set up some payment arrangements to avoid service interruption. I have tried * times so far and have been unable to chat with anyone. I just received a code finally to try and see if we can work out some arrangements on our account! I am Megan Creech and the account is in my Fathers name in which I have authorization to speak with someone about this issue!
GetHuman-deenacre did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
