Spoke to RETENTION ON ********** and agreed to a two year contract at $**.** and speed of ** down. ******** I measured **.** down and *.** up**On ******** I checked again as something changed and speed was increased. Now it is **.** down and *.** up.**I read on the web site that the $**.** has been changed from two years to one year and at the end of one year goes to $**.**.**This violated my agreed to agreement with the Retention Department.**I am a retired person with illness and DO NOT NEED SPEED OVER ** down, * up.**Please advise how to correct your records to the agreed to contract that was violated without consultation**Gary Brownfield****-***-*****Comcast Internet customer as of May **, *****Note: I DO NOT OWN A TV.
