All of a sudden, I am asked to provide a password to receive my emails. I haven't had to do that for years, so I no longer knew my password. I changed the password and received emails from XFINITY saying I am all set* the change was successful. But, I still am not able to receive emails. I am prompted to submit my password--which I do and am told it is not valid. When I try to do a "chat" giving the problem, I am told it is not a secure site. Please advise me.
