The issue in GetHuman-jgrandst's own words
Xfinity service came to our homes May **th to figure out why we were not getting cable TV. They returned a week later & bought a new cable box & something else (cant recall what its called) and also checked the underground line from the pole to the house and said it was fine. * weeks later another service person checked the underground like and said it needed to be replace but would take until mid June. In the meantime, a sub would come out and dig a different trench for the new line. Well that did happen BUT it was dug to the WRONG side of the house. We contacted Xfiinity and was told it would be redone in the next week. Well, it is now August *, ALMOST * MONTHS from the first visit and we STILL HAVE NO CABLE! which we have been paying for!!!!!! So I want you to tell me when someone will be out here to move the cable to the correct side of the house and to have the install done. AND we expect a reimbursement for the months we have not had cable but for which we have paid for!!
