I have tried for * weeks now to switch ownership for a business that we just bought. It was a simple matter of switching the name on the bill. I have talked to six different people, who have all promised that it was taken care of. And now twice in two weeks my service is down at one of my businesses. I'm hoping you can imagine how difficult it is to do business with no phones or Internet. If I do not have resolution today, I will switch services for my business. I do not have a choice.
GetHuman-tonjawh did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
