My car is scratched all along the side, down to the bumper on one side. My head light lenses are scratched in the front. It's just bad, and I need Comcast to repair my vehicle. I just bought my SUV and to have it all scratched up just isn't right. ... I called about a line being down in my yard about ** days ago and several times after the initial call. The cable line from Comcast cable line came down from the pole on June **, **** after a flash flood and lighting. I called Comcast several times, immediately when the cable came down and * times after that demanding someone to come out and put the line back up. My SUV have several scratches on my car from trying to park my car in my yard. The line has a long ***** attach to it that was once used to hold the line in place on the pole, I have photos to show the damage, I am asking that Comcast repair my Dodge SUV.

They just don't care about customers.

I tried calling them, about the line down, and they never did come out, until the day after Georgia Power put up the line, I don't have the energy left to call them about my car.
