In reference to bulk business account **************** located at ***** NW **th St in Pembroke Pines Broward County Florida.(since I have just spent * hour and ** minutes being transferred only to be disconnected I will try this approach**. Our Channel ** that services *** homes enabling them to view the front gate is not working. I have a technician that just ran new cable and camera but the channel is still not working. The tech needs a Comcast tech scheduled to be onsite so he can meet with them ***-***-**** pls advise when a service technician can be scheduled.**. Our bulk agreement advises that residents will only pay $*.per month for premium channels such as HBO etc yet when they call your office you are quoting them $**.** and stating our management company must set up the service for them.....this is not how this works we are not the management for each resident and cannot set up charges to their individual accounts....**. we paid $****. a year ago to have a phone line installed at the front gate via your construction department after multiple technicians coming out and giving us different answers each time as to why this cannot be done, nothing has occurred how do I get this work completed or our money refunded.? *sincerely frustrated,*United Community Management*on behalf of *Normandy at Pembroke Lakes
