I have been a customer for many years. I have had continual issues with my service. We have had techs come out and trouble shoot our problems but we continue to experience poor service. I pay almost $*** per month and my service is terrible. I want my bill permanently lowered since I have not received the service I have been paying for and I want the problems corrected. Yesterday, I had to reconnect my wifi almost ** times so I could use my work computer. That is a normal day. If I had other options I would exercise them. Check my records and you will see problems over the last several years.
