Contact someone from Corp. ... My wiring that was done by a comcast tech was put up unprofessionally and poorly. This was connected from home inside, out side the cord is wrapped around my downspout from the gutter and wrapped around a powerline connecting electricity for * buildings. The comcast cable wire is blown off the power line for electricity ( frayed wiring from it blowing up) is in the next yard and half of the cord is in the parking lot behind my building. I spoke with * separate agents and * supervisors Marvin and Victor? After being placed on hold for over * hours was told that the previous rep. scheduled to have someone come Saturday. I asked to speak with a manager and was asked why. Put on hold. She comes back and offers to give me an appointment for the next day. I speak with the next manager and he tells me he's pushing for tomorrow between *and *. I ask who can I speak in Corp. He says no one. I told him I'm sending an email and also pictures of the wires that are down. He said well if that's what you choose to do, then you need to call the power company. Unprofessional and rude. To hear scripted excuses and lies is the worst way to handle a customer that's already disurbed from the response that is given.
Please no unprofessional rush job. This has happened twice in * month. I don't believe i should pay for tech coming nor * months service.
Second time dealing with comcast after * years.
Calling a professional to come fix it right. Pictures have been taken and would like for them to be forwarded to your Corporate office. This is my proof. Pictures don't lie.
