My issue is that I have been a Comcast customer for over ** years.(Mind you that it is not by choice, but because there are no other options) I always pay the past due amount on the *st of every month, because I only get paid once a month. Today I was told that unless I pay the full amount, on the *st my service will be terminated. I am sorry, but I am not paying in advance for service I have not received. You are the only account I have that wants to prepay for service, and that would not be that bad if you gave reliable service. which in my area is definitely not the case. I have been paying this way for over ** years. I am ** years old and I am not going to be bullied by a cable company. The way you treat your customers is atrocious, and all because we don't have a choice. All of a sudden after all these years the way I pay is not acceptable? You are a disgrace to customer service.
