I had a safe deposit box in Costa Messa branch in California with all my valuables in it . I left the country * years ago thinking I have my belongings in a safe box but unfortunately that branch in Costa Messa was closed and my box was opened and the contents of my box was removed from the box and was sent to New york . This all happened while I was out of the country . And without my knowledge . After following up on thismatter from abroad I managed to talk to the branch in New York that had access to my safe and they explained when i return to US I could just go to any branch of Citi bank and show my ID and the information of my safebox and they would contact the NewYork office and the contents would be sent to that Branch and I could have my belongings in the safe box . So last week I went to Citi bank in Wisconsin Ave in Maryland and explained everything and I was told that they would send the contents by the end of last week , but I have not been contacted by that branch and when I called them they said they havent heard anything yet from the NewYork office who has my safebox .*My safe Box number in Costa Messa branch in california was **** and my name is Taraneh Shahlavi please let me know what is going on with my safe box and how could have my belongings back.
