Help with my Citibank issue

Login to accounts & conduct banking transaction, credit card statement & payments of bills etc. ... Have NOT been able to log onto my account for ** hours... This is not acceptable & has been a huge inconvenience in addition to precluding my online transaction which I use the virtual credit cards to perform. *Also.. No answer when I attempt to phone in the system problem. *Not exactly stellar customer service.
Called CS RO inform website login to all accounts has been dysfunctional for a week, and they insist it is OK despite hundreds of customers leaving online messages referential to system failure.
CS needs to answer phones, disseminate honest info and listen to customers who know what is occurring on the website login portal. Also they need to correct the issues promptly & realize a week of no access to all accounts costs us money, time and oodles of frustration.
Long time customer with top status, seniority & preferred accounts.
Multiple attempts to inform Citibank about ongoing issue. This problem is not a one off, occurs often and Citibank needs to take measures to prevent such incidents and govern themselves accordingly with honest sincere CS.
