I feel I have been the victim of a "Bait and Switch" by Citi. I received a flyer in the mail and In bold letters, it read: get **,*** points for opening up a Citi Platinum AAdantage card. Although I already have three Citi cards, I know a good deal when I see it. I was accepted for the card. I did receive a call from a representative who asked if it would be alright to split my credit limit from another account. I agreed. I fulfilled the requirement to spend $*,***.** in three months. When I did not notice the **,*** points in my account, I called. I got unsatisfactory answers from two representatives, and a supervisor. Because I feel I was duped, I have not used any of my Citi cards. Please look into this matter for me. Thank You, Patricia C Marma
