I was over-charged for my Chipotle Steak Bowl at approximately *:**pm on Thu, ** Mar **, at the Chipotle located at **** S. **st Plaza, Papillion NE *****. Instead of being charged $* and change, the Chipotle Attendant requested $** and change... Going down the serving line, I requested: brown rice* *** spoon of black beans, extra fajita vegetables* steak* cilantro tomatoes* extra corn, lettuce, and cheese. When I asked why I was being charged that amount, she informed me I asked for extra steak. I am unaware of what the Serving Chipotle Attendant relayed to the Cashier, but I am at a loss why it was mentioned I ordered "extra" steak... I requested extra fajita vegetables and extra corn and I have never been charged extra for receiving those items. Because I work **hr* days, I chose to just settle up and follow up this way regarding this issue... I was disturbed the attendant was just looking at me like I owed that and there was no other resolution to be sought other than me paying the extra amount. I was even more upset when I got home and did not find extra steak in my bowl, which I had been charged for and complicity paid for... Because of this type of unnecessary charging, I'm going to give Chipotle a rest for a while... Why didn't the attendant offer to make me a replacement bowl or seek some solution other than look at me like I need to pay up for food I DID NOT REQUEST nor DID I RECEIVE. Again, I don't know what the Chipotle Attendants said to one another, but a MISTAKE was made. To add insult to injury, the young lady who worked the register did not offer me my receipt, which I usually bring home and leave on my dresser for a few weeks. I do this for all of my restaurant outings. Hence, I can't even tell you the employee's name because she failed to provide me with a receipt. C'mon Chipotle, surely you can do better than this, right? I deserve my $* back, but more realistically Chipotle should offer me a replacement steak bowl.

I have an issue with Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. too
