The issue in GetHuman-tlashley's own words
I placed a take out order through the Chipolte app. The process was simple and my order was accepted. I got a confirmation order would be ready to pick-up at *:**. I arrive at appox *:**. My daughter returns to the car and states there are two problems. First, the online orders have not been processed due to an electronic glitch. Second, no carnitas (pork) available. At this point I have been waiting for at least ** to ** mins. I go into the store and wait to speak with someone. A young lady that does not introduce herself as the manager finally comes over to see what I need. I explain to her the situation and I would like a refund. She indicates to me that my refund will take * to * business days to be posted to my account. I tell her no problem. She takes the online order receipt puts a piece of tape and walks to a back office. I ask her for some documentation that a refund has been processed. The young women states that refunds are processed through corporate office. I tell her that I have paid appox. $** and I have no food and no documentation of a processed refund. I ask to speak to a manager. She looks at me (nonverbally) like I am the manager. She does not have a name tag identifying herself as a manager, nor did she introduce herself as the manager. When I asked the young lady for her name, she identified herself as "luigi". I do not believe that is her name, due to her body language and the tone of her reply. This location is HORRIBLE due to MANY, MANY factors. However, it is the only location in Ocala, Florida, *****. The entire staff seems to be UNHAPPY and clueless on adequate customer service. They need re-education on customer service. The portion sizes at this location are not worth the price we pay as customers. I would like to have a response for a representative about my refund ASAP.
