The issue in GetHuman-shelene's own words
Called the location we were told the order was coming from. Spoke to a German who as to have been the manager. We ordered * meals and * orders of guacamole and chips. We only received * order of guacamole and chips and all of our meals were ice cold. Called the store they came from and he said he could provide a refund if we came to that location to receive the refund. Explained that we work in a hospital and that is why we ordered for deliver. He said he could replace the order but not right now. I told him fine, replace it but you need to go on line and make another order. I told him NO he has the order there. I will not do again as it will ask me to pay again and I will not pay twice for a mistake he made. He then says he could give a refund and I said yes. Again he said we had to come to the location. For a manager he did not seem to listen to what I was saying and the conversation was going now where. I asked who his boss was and I was told Laura. Also asked when she comes in and was told Monday do you want to come in? Again I stressed I work in a hospital... Tried to call the corporate number and it hung up on me. As an employee of a large organization that orders from you many times getting poor food and incorrect orders is not accepted. I DO EXPECT TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE.
