My name is Preston Clayton the date of my incident is *** to ** at *:** p.m. the Host name is Maria Order number ***I ordered a bowl with Brown rice and with extra rice the extra rice was in place in the bowl into the end of my or which covered the top layer of my entire order when called back to get the order situated I spoke with the manager miss Nellie. She asked at a have a receipt which I explained yes she then explained to come back she will be placed the order I explained that I could not return right now but I will come to morrow she explained that she would be off and would contact the next day manager to give them my name Informing them that I would be in the next day to have my mirror replaced I did as a text the next day the manager say if they knew nothing of what I was speaking about and that I explain to him that I had my receipt in that miss Nellie told me to come in and speak with you as a manager Miss Nellie was called by the on duty manager from my understanding the mansion never believe what I will speak enough so when he called miss Nellie miss Nellie say it that she remembers Speaking with me and then explained that she never said anything that I spoke of which was a Lie the manager on duty at that for time proceeded to tell me that they were not honoring anything including with my receipt and then later began to be disrespectful by explaining in telling me that I was trying to get over with something then by asking me what was I trying to get over with then by telling me that I was a liar and that he did not say what he say it in front of * witnesses of my own plus * in the store Then I was yelled at twice When Asked if miss Nellie could give me a call my number was given to her by the on duty manager I never received a call I called back the manager explained to me that he will not bother her on her day off when I explain to him that he called her on her day off to find out if my situation was true he called. When I asked for the district managers to give me a call I was given the run around and told that that person will not be available until next week what they could call them the call was never put in nor was I given a number.
