Hello I’m having a issue with my account, I made a payment to T-Mobile of $**.** and I’m wondering why the payment didn’t go through, but went through on their end. Also, I was charge a fee of -$** and I’m just trying to figure out why the transaction went through and then charged me a fee. I also reached out to T-Mobile and they brought to my attention it was an issue on my bank, Chime, end. Saying they rejected the payment but it still went lt through.
