Hello, I am Robert N., a second-year student at Susquehanna University. In March, I bought Chegg Study for my statistics class, which ran from March to May. I believed I had canceled the account in May, but there were charges on my account from June to December. These charges have accumulated to a substantial amount, impacting me as a college student. I am a Chegg subscriber and I want to cancel my subscription. I was unaware that pausing my account still results in charges, so I want to cancel my account entirely for now. The cancel/pause options aren't currently accessible for me to do manually. However, I believe there was another way to cancel my subscription in the help options. I have a Chegg account that allows me to ask 20 questions monthly. Despite requesting code solutions instead of handwritten ones, I often receive incorrect or copied responses. I have even resorted to reposting questions with "DO NOT COPY" to no avail. I contacted Chegg requesting a refund for a month during which I did not benefit from my subscription due to receiving incorrect answers, but I have not received any response. I am experiencing an issue where my Gmail account is not recognizing me, despite using it for a long time. When I try to log in, it prompts for a one-time code which is sent to my email for verification due to suspicious activity. However, I keep receiving a message stating, “This account does not belong to you,” even though I am certain my password and email are correct. The system also rejects my previous password. As a result, I am unable to access my account to cancel my Chegg subscription before the next billing cycle. I am worried about the automatic deduction from my bank account since I cannot authenticate the code sent to my email to gain access to Chegg. I have reached out to Chegg to cancel my subscription but have not received a response yet. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

I have been attempting to log into my Chegg account, but each time I try, it requests a verification code sent to my email, which I have not been receiving for the past 2 weeks. Despite changing my password and trying to access it from my phone, I have had no success. Additionally, I was unexpectedly charged for the current month, which I did not authorize. I have a Chegg subscription, but while trying to log in on a school computer, I got locked out due to "an unusual amount of activity." I had just registered this computer and linked it to my account along with my personal laptop and phone. Now, it's asking for verification codes and password changes, making access difficult. Paying $15 a month should not restrict me to just one device, causing these issues. I am frustrated and feel the service isn't worth the trouble. As a college student, $15 is a significant amount, and I expect better service for the price I pay.
