I have been charged for over a years worth of membership and do not have access to the account attached to it or have used it for as long as I can remember. I am looking for the account to be closed and recurring payments to be stopped at first.

I have now had a recurring payment on my checking account for over a year, I do not understand how this could be possible though as I have checked my Chegg account and it has not been active for a while. I have all my checking account transaction ID*'s for the recurring payments and all the other information on that. First off, I would like this membership to be canceled and I would imagine this account has had not much action on it and I would like to dispute these transactions as I have not used or had access to this account for as long as I can remember.
I would like the account to be closed and the membership to be canceled at first.
About * years ago I was a member for at least * months or more of the Chegg Study Membership, and have also had some other months off and on for a while past that.
