I purchases some plastic Margarita glasses in February. I had ordered this product before and it had been perfect. I opened the box and started gluing the bases onto the glasses. It was going great, then I ran into a cracked plastic glass. I didn't consider I a loss and kept gluing the bases. By the time I got thru the box of ** I had a total of * broken and cracked glasses. The stems on most of the broken glasses were jambed together. I called and I explained about me gluing the base's on the glasses and about buying them before without a problem. He said he would send me a new box and that I didn't need to return any of the glasses. He said that I would receive a notice to return them but to ignore it. I received my replacement order the next day, and forgot about it. The Virus hit and I have continues to receive the notice that I need to return the product or they are charging my credit card for the damaged product. I threw them away as the guy I talked to said to do. I would like You to make sure I am not being charged for the glasses I was told to toss. There were ** glasses in the box and * were broken.
