The issue in GetHuman-dsottola's own words
I’m being charged * recurring monthly charges that I am not subscribed for. All three come from Amazon: Audible - $**.*** Audible - $*.*** and AmazonFreeTime - $*.**. *I spoke with Audible and have no membership and never had, but they can’t stop charging unless I give them the credit card number. The last * digits on my chase statement is not my credit card. Could be an old number but I’m unclear about that. It looks like I have been paying these charges for a long time. ***. I want chase to stop paying these three charges. ***. I want reimbursed for total amount of charges made by Amazon Audible and AnazonFreeTime over the lifetime of the charges.
