The issue in GetHuman-jebby's own words
I signed up with a software company, *Password, for a ** day free trial. About halfway through the ** days, I got notice that they had debited my bank for $**,**, which is the amount charged by *Password for a year service. I had known that would not have the money in my account for both this and some meds that I needed in support of .my stenosis in my cervical spine, so I had timed the access of the money availability to be at the thirty day mark for them to submit the bill for the year for their software product. I need until my social security credit had taken place. I have written to their support (they have no business phone), asking them to reverse the transaction several times. The only answer has been is a machine written acknowledgement saying that they didn't understand what I wanted although that was stated clearly in the last sentence of the letter to them. I would like them to reverse transaction.
GetHuman-jebby did not yet indicate what Chase should do to make this right.
