Not resolved (waiting * days for letter to be typed), but in progress. FINALLY RECEIVED CALL AFTER * ATTEMPTS! Soraya (Chase CR) was very helpful and curteous, I give her *stars. On the GETHUMAN helpsite I give * Stars. I explained problems of site with her & she said she believes its being updated, but will report to appropriate department! Can't ask for better than that.

Get Lein released on my vehicle **mos after account PAID IN FULL. *ORGINAL TITLE HAD BEEN RECEIVED BUT IS MISPLACED SO TO KEEP FROM HOLDING UP SALE WAS JUST GOING TO GET DUPLICATE & TRANSFER AT DMV AT SAME TIME. ... My account has been Paid in Full for approximately **mos now, but on the DMV computers Chase still listed as leinholder. I have sold the vehicle & we're unable to transfer title till Lein taken off.*I've been attempting (using different modalities)to get Certified letter from them to take to DMV without success of receiving letter or FU PHONE CALL for over *wks.
THE PERSON BUYING VEHICLE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE COULDN'T GO AHEAD & PURCHASE IT. FORTUNATELY FOR he's a friend & going to use this purchase for WORK so he was willing to wait & I didn't lose the sale.
Make sure in future all liens are taken off vehicles when accounts are PAID IN FULL & TITLES MAILED OUT. JUST ADDS ONE MORE STEP TO CLOSING OUT AN ACCOUNT.
