I have had issues with my Charter Internets speed and dropped connection all summer! We believe it may be an issue with our wireless router. The dropped Zoom meetings and inability to use my WiFi in my home is very frustrating. My iPhone is new and my husband’s Galaxy phone is fairly new as well, so we are certain that this is a charter issue.*Many of our neighbors have switched over to TDS this past year and are very happy. I understand that they are paying less for *gig then we are paying for our very slow ***mb. **Thank you.**Shannon
