Called Spectrum late February about service and agreed and they would send out equipment for me to connect agreed upon.Received the equipment around early March and forgot about that's when we started in a Pandemic. We never had the box opened that was the farthest from our mine we are both seniors with underlined conditions. Spectrum was charging for the equipment the equipment was picked up but they are charging us two months (***.**) for service that was never connected. Please we need assistance do not have that kind of money that's the reason we were going to Spectrum to lower our bill. The account is: ***-*********-****V*R*Charles Smith*Shirley Smith*Cary NC *****
