I was told that my services would not be interrupted at all before Feb. *th because my bill was not due until then. Was not made aware of having to pay for time that services were off. Was also told that when my services were turned on the previous time that I would get **.** off of my bill and instead they took it off of the past due amount but added it to the following bill. I talked to * different customer service reps and they did nothing about the wrong information besides tell me that they needed payment of $*** in order to live forward. So basically I am not a valued customer of * to * years. I am just a customer that they make money off of.
