Internet is running slow, again. We had a tech here over a week ago and she had to change out the router. It worked for about a week. We are experiencing the same thing again. I would like someone to come back out. I would also like to know how to get a discount on my bill, considering our services are not at ***%
I trust that Charter Communications will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
