hi may name is susan sanchez regarding booking number *xn*k* i recently went on a cruise on august ** to september *, **** on the carnival fascination anyone who knows me knows that i promote carnival whenever anyone is looking to book a cruise but this time around i was not impressed with this vacation for several reasons.. first i was not impressed with the sleeping arrangements in this particular cabin i always book a balcony whenever i go on a cruise i spent the whole cruise time while in my room ducking under the bed just to get around the room several times i banged my head thinking i had cleared from under it..i suffer from back and neck problems and the constant ducking just aggravated the pain leaving me with restless night due to my pain. would wake up not fully rested because my sleep was interrupted at night.do to the lack of sleep anyone who knows me knows that i always say the best sleepy happen when you cruise but unfortunately his time around was not true...second, whenever we went to eat i and my sister jessica sanchez most of the time was clearing my own tables from the people who had eaten there prior in order to sit and eat our food the staff was no where to be found i don't really have a problem doing that but it was done too often and i was on vacation ..because the tables were dirty..third the food for breakfast was redundant making me not wanting to eat because i felt like i was eating the same thing over and over again not by choice but because thats all that was there.limiting my food intake at breakfast .the people i brought with me on this cruise * were prior cruisers but * of them were new to the crushing i spoke to them so much about how nice cruising was that they were elated to go on the cruise only to be told i wish i could see and experience your happiness on cruising because i don't see the big thing about cruising..i had to explain to them that this was an isolated experience i had to agree with them because it was true that the cruise was off way off the pleasant experience of my prior cruising and promised them that its not always like that.. now as for room service customer service i felt that i was bugging them because when ever we called to order food we were rushed off leaving me to call them back to inform her that i had not finished my order..order twice from there to my room and decided not to order anymore because i was left to feel like i was bothering them.. i am a person that when i go on vacation its a big deal for me because i am not able to do much because i have a ** year old mother who is suffering from dementia who doesn't even know who i am and when i take a vacation its a much need time for me because thats the only time i have to myself and this vacation does not come close to any of my prior experiences to tell you the truth instead of relaxing and feeling fully rested instead was the total opposite ..came back a lot more stressed because my back and neck hurt more when i got back than before i left..i really love carnival and as i stated before i promote you whenever possible and a lot of my friends have cruised because of me and my satisfaction when they come back it that they had the most amazing time of their lives..if you notice i lately cruise the same time because thats when i get coverage for someone else to take care of my mom so that i can relax and refresh my thoughts to deal with her when i get back so that i can be good to care for her however this vacation was the total opposite was a lot more tired when i got back i just wanted to let you know about this experience so that maybe it can make the difference for someone else and for myself on my next vacation with carnival..to tell you the truth i chose to reserve this experience to myself because i wouldn't want to hurt carnival with a negative review but instead chose to write to you personally ..hopefully we can resolve the issue at hand and hope to keep crusing with carnival but one one experience like this i would not be choosing carnival again. i am already booked for another cruise with carnival on the horizon on august **th to sept * and maybe carnival can compensate me with something for this trip to make up for the bad experience on the fascination..i appreciate your cooperation in this matter and are waiting to hear from you soon regarding this matter sincerely your susan sanchez my new booking number is *NTM**
