I have two issues one of them is with my date of birth. I can not find a way to Chang emu date of birth in my account. I realized after I had created my care.com account I had typed in the wrong birthday. I had purchased a motor vehicle background check and it is saying my date of birth doesn’t match and it doesn’t because I made a mistake while typing it in on cars.com. Also, I would like a refund for my motor vehicle background check. I was unaware that when I purchased the premium membership it give me a free background check. So I had purchased a background check on top of the premium membership without the knowledge that I review a free background check when I sign up for a premium membership.
