Help with my Care.com issue

I've have contacted Care.com several times as to not being able to get a background check. The bank account I formally used to obtain a background check had to be closed and so the debit card and account are invalid. There is no place to enter a new debit card number or bank account, so what does that mean??? That I can't use your aop to look for a job because everyone wants a background check. I also paused my Premium Membership until I could resolve the above issue. Now it shows I have no premium membership. As I said, I have been trying to resolve this issue for months. Please don't send me the same standard answer as I tried all that and it doesn't resolve these problems and time is of the essence. Please help me. Julie D. Pearsoll
