I have two accounts it seems. I recently posted a new position and had applicants waiting to be contacted. When I wanted to view them, I was prompted to sign up and pay $**.**. An UpGrade is how it was worded. I tried and a message came up saying that my email was already in use. I found out my password and thought that would be it. But, the only job that was posted was one from ****. I thought that I would try and use the email that I had tried to post my most recent- so I activated it thinking that I would just deactivate my old one later yesterday. But. There was nothing about my ad showing in my account or any of the applicants who had been contacting me. I need to cancel my old account and have my money refunded. Then I would like to have my new one show the activity that my emails from Care show up.
