I sold two $*** Best Buy gift cards to CardPool for $***.** each. CardPool told me Oct *th the checks were being mailed to me, and would arrive in *-* business days. However, the checks did not arrive before I left the U.S. on Oct **th for two months. When I got back the checks were in my mail, but both checks were void after ** days, a period shorter than my absence from the U.S. I need the checks to be re-issued. I have sent an E-mail to CardPool but so far the only response has been automatically generated saying they will look into the issue. I realize it is close to Christmas and New Year's but given the value of the gift cards and the payment checks I would also appreciate some assistance with this matter. Thank you.
