I called capital one support to find out why I was charged interest on my paid in full account for March. I was told it was residual fees for last month, when I accidentally underpaid the balance total by $***.** due to an addition error I made when paying my bill in * payments that month. I didn’t understand that I would be paying interest for that error until my next bill was paid in full. I thought the interest I was charged for the underpayment was it. I asked if they would please take off the residual interest charge of $**.** due to my good payment history and my lack of understanding how that worked. They said “no” they couldn’t. I’m very surprised that capital one would not do this. I’m also very unhappy. Is there anything more I can do to get this problem rectified to keep a good customer happy?*Thank you, *Mardee Clayton
