On October 16th, I requested a key, which was issued to me incorrectly twice. I made a third request on November 22nd and have yet to receive the correct keys. I have called the 1-[redacted] number multiple times, but no progress has been made. Since moving to this address on October 16th, [redacted], my mail key has not been delivered. It's frustrating as my driver's license is inside, preventing me from driving. Waiting three more business days is not an option; I may have to escalate this to the legal department and ombudsman. Urgent key issuance is necessary as my job is at risk due to my inability to drive for work. Waiting 60 days to access my mail is unacceptable; this issue needs to be resolved urgently.

Approximately 18 months ago, our local post office relocated from Country Grocer across the highway to *** Royal Oak Drive, which is inconvenient for me living on the west side. I have noticed that a new Post Office has recently opened on the east side at **** West Saanich Rd. How can I go about setting up my parcel deliveries to be sent to the post office at **** West Saanich Rd.? While I am aware of using FlexDelivery, I understand that it may not apply to parcels sent via Canada Post from personal addresses (such as those from my brother in Dawson Creek), not just packages ordered online. Hello, I'm reaching out regarding a package sent by my mother from Orillia on November 29. I own a retail business with private mailboxes located in a plaza. Lately, we've been experiencing issues with mail being returned to the sender with a yellow sticker over the address. Surprisingly, when the sticker is removed, the address is correct. The mailperson in our plaza seems to be consistently delivering mail to the wrong business or marking it as undeliverable. It's becoming a frustrating situation as I am not the only one facing this problem. The mailperson needs to be more cautious when handling mail deliveries within our plaza.

I reside in Barrie on Edgehill Drive and have noticed a lack of mail delivery service on Mondays. When deliveries do arrive, it is typically in the late afternoon or early evening. This inconsistency causes concern as our mailboxes are located outside of our driveways, making it susceptible to tampering. To add to the frustration, yesterday (Wednesday) we did not receive any mail either. It seems as though we may be on a three-day delivery schedule. We reside in a three-family home and rely on mail services regularly.

I receive mail delivery directly to my apartment door. I placed an order for home delivery on November 28th. I did not receive any notification of a delivery attempt on November 29th, despite being home. Today, December 6th, I received a FINAL NOTICE card about this order. Due to mobility issues, I cannot pick up the item by the date mentioned. I have tried contacting Canada Post with no success. I am frustrated and desperate for the parcel. I have upcoming doctor's appointments and cannot guarantee my availability for another delivery attempt. I feel hopeless and out of pocket as a senior in poor health. The tracking number for the envelope is EG[redacted]08CA. It was sent via Xpresspost on November 20th, and despite an attempted delivery on November 27th, it has not been received. I contacted USPS to provide a forwarding address, and they assured me it would be delivered, but it remains undelivered. I urgently require a refund and for the envelope to be returned to the sender promptly. I have experienced long waits on the phone, which is inconvenient for me due to time constraints.

I paid for next-day delivery, but it's already been 3 days and my package hasn't arrived. The tracking showed it was almost at the destination today, even though it hasn't been processed yet. Now, I'm informed it won't arrive until Monday. I expected it in 1 day as I paid extra. It's disappointing when services aren't fulfilled as promised. Next time, I will use UPS or Purolator for shipping.

Hello, I reside in a strata community with 18 homes. We frequently need to send out mail from our location, but our community mailboxes lack a slot for outgoing mail. While I understand that there was a policy against going on private property 20 years ago, I believe it's time to update these rules. Given that Canada Post already delivers mail to residential homes nationwide, allowing us to mail from our site would benefit both Canada Post and the residents here. I had a concerning incident with one of your drivers who ran a red light at high speed in a school zone on Dec 6 at 10:30 am. The license plate of the vehicle was [redacted] 8ZM. This dangerous driving incident occurred near the Gateway postal facility at [redacted] Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L4W 1S2. My mail service was suspended due to a broken lock. I received a voicemail from Scott, a supervisor, informing me where my mail was being held. When I went to pick it up a week and a half ago, Scott was not there, and the staff was not aware of my situation and could not find my mail. I recently moved to a place with a community mailbox. I found a key in my slot that I didn't recognize, assuming it was a mistake, I returned it without checking what it unlocked. After contacting Canada Post, they mentioned the issue would be resolved by December 4th, but I have yet to receive any updates. My service ticket number is [redacted]. I had placed an order the previous Friday, not expecting it to arrive so quickly. To my surprise, I received a notice the following Friday that a parcel was on its way, leading me to believe there might be two parcels involved.

I am reaching out because I have been receiving mail addressed to multiple individuals in my mailbox for the past few weeks. Today, there are five different addresses' mails delivered to my house, despite my name and number being clearly labeled on my mailbox. I have made two orders from Walmart recently. The first time, the delivery person mistakenly went to the wrong address, but luckily I found the package at my neighbor's house. Today, my second order was scheduled to arrive by the end of the day, but I suspect it might have been delivered to the incorrect address once again. Hello, I would like to inquire about the status of my Canada Post ticket number [redacted]. I sent a package on December 2nd and have not received any updates since then. A supervisor promised to call me back but has not done so and is hard to reach. This is very distressing because the package contained a brand-new iPhone. I am the owner of [redacted] Heatherleigh Avenue, Unit [redacted] in Mississauga, Ontario. This townhouse has a community mail system with cupboard #9 and Box #3. My previous tenant, Muhammad Idress, moved out on November 1, [redacted], and I'm preparing for a new tenant and awaiting bills from the Region of Peel.
