Our mail carrier is failing to attempt delivery of packages that require a signature. This issue occurred with two consecutive packages on August 31 and September 4, as well as earlier this summer. Despite being home all day on these occasions, the paper notice of the delivery attempt was placed in the community box, not at the door. Today, I received an email stating an attempt was made, but the package was returned to the post office. When I checked the community box, there was no mail. An hour and a half later, I found the notice in the box with the other mail. It seems the email notice is being sent before the carrier even arrives in the area. I paid for shipping, not for the mail carrier to simply leave paper notices. I need to contact my local sorting facility to speak with a manager in charge of my area about this disappointing service.

I am experiencing an issue with a missing package from China. The seller has declined to file a claim to start an investigation with Canada Post. Canada Post is asking for evidence of my communication with them about the undelivered item and requesting the seller to file a claim. They require proof, such as an email exchange or screenshots of conversations, to show that the item was not received by me even though the tracking status shows it was delivered, albeit to the wrong address. I am struggling to get the seller to cooperate and resolve the situation as I have paid for the item but haven't received it.

I'm interested in checking if a package has been delivered to my address. My neighbor at [redacted] George received a package that looked very similar to the ones I usually receive from the same company. I live at [redacted] George in a duplex, and I expect my package to arrive today or in the next couple of days. I'm unsure if there was a mix-up with the addresses by the mail person. Thank you, J. I have had multiple unpleasant interactions with a staff member at the post office in Sioux Lookout, ON. Every time I visit, she is unsmiling and unfriendly, making it hard to communicate. Today, while shipping a package, her impatience and lack of clarity left me feeling distressed. She spoke quickly and raised her voice when I asked for clarification, making the situation even more uncomfortable. I left uncertain if I completed the shipping process correctly due to her demeanor. This employee, with short blonde spikey hair, displays a consistently negative attitude, which is inappropriate for a customer service role. I felt so uneasy that I nearly cried. I hope this issue can be addressed so others do not experience the same discomfort.

I have yet to receive any notification or package delivery from Amazon. After discovering this through a review request, I attempted to contact Canada Post multiple times. Unfortunately, extensive hold times coupled with a repetitive automated voice made the experience frustrating. Despite seller responsiveness, I did not receive any delivery updates. I need to speak directly with a representative to address this issue promptly. Your assistance in connecting me with a helpful human is greatly appreciated.

I am contacting you from Australia regarding a package sent from Williams Lake BC on September 4, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted]74. It was expected to be delivered to Australia on September 11, [redacted].
I urgently need detailed tracking information for this shipment as I have only been able to confirm on Canada Post's website that it reached the local post office, with no further updates available.
The package was sent with all the necessary import/export documentation and insurance coverage. If I do not receive the detailed tracking information promptly, I will have to file an insurance claim and reach out to the ombudsman due to the accountability issues with items of this nature.
This is the second time I have experienced shipment problems with Canada Post, resulting in significant time and financial losses.

Our mail delivery, which we had for 42 years, was abruptly stopped by a new postman named Kevin Peterson. Despite no issues with our mailbox, he claimed it was jammed and refused to deliver our newspaper to the designated spot. When I confronted him, he was rude, leading my husband to intervene, calling him out. The post office manager, Adam, promised us a resolution but has been unavailable, leaving us without mail delivery. Kevin seems to have power over this decision, and other neighbors have had similar complaints. We, both in our 70s and in poor health, are now forced to collect our mail from the post office, which is inconvenient. Hello, I want to share my recent experience at the customer service center in Lac Ste. Marie, Quebec. I found the service to be quite unpleasant. Since the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. Initially, I was informed that my package was not there, despite being told otherwise by the sender. The staff member even called my landlord without my request. When my landlord returned home, they handed me a pick-up tag. Upon returning to collect my package, the representative gave me a disdainful look and confidently stated that it wasn't there. Despite having the tag, I asked her to double-check. Reluctantly, she found my package after looking on the computer. It seemed the package was there all along. The rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff member truly dampened my day, and I hope to avoid that location in the future.

The customer is frustrated by the lack of a direct contact method for a local postal center and the long wait times on the toll-free number. They are confused why they were charged $16.78 for a small parcel when they requested ordinary parcel service but were told they needed the "track and trace" feature which they did not want. They feel the postage was too high and were not given the correct information about services available. They suggest that there should be a domestic parcel service option without tracking for less important mail items.

My name is Wilmer Loewen from Box [redacted] in Arborg, Manitoba. As seniors with a farm and residence 11 miles north of Arborg, we pay over $5,[redacted] in property taxes and over $10,[redacted] in income taxes. Before leaving on a trip, I completed an authorization form for my daughter at the post office to take care of our mailbox. However, upon our return, she was unable to renew it until paying $63 for a 3-month renewal. I am frustrated and disappointed with the postmaster's handling of this situation, and I am not alone in experiencing issues with them. During that time, I co-parented with my ex-boyfriend, the father of my 4-year-old daughter, Jake Loughran, who lived nearby. To avoid complications, I moved to [redacted] Ottawa St, Summerside PEI on July 1, [redacted]. My ex-boyfriend's parents, Eileen and Ernest Loughran, both work for Canada Post.
Yesterday, Eileen shared with me that she accidentally took home and opened a confidential letter from Family and Human Services. I did not receive any call or notification regarding my parcel. Tracking online showed it was out for delivery on the 9th, but no package arrived despite waiting all day. The next day, from 12:30 to 15:15, I was away only to find a pickup notice left at 16:50. I am puzzled by the discrepancy. Isn't Canada Post accountable? If I paid a premium rate, why must I retrieve my 8kg parcel from the post office? Should I ask for CCTV footage to clarify? I am now asking for a re-delivery of my parcel.

I ordered a package from an Airsoft store and it was mistakenly marked as requiring proof of age. Despite the items being non-firearm accessories, the store policy stated all sales related to firearms demand age verification. I am under 18 and had my mother attempt to collect the package with a letter of authorization, but the office refused to release it. We often receive our mail in a large mailbox with the lid left unclosed or mail protruding. This is frustrating, especially when it rains or snows before we collect it, causing our important legal and business documents to get wet. We believe this can be easily avoided if the carrier folds larger envelopes or magazines to ensure they fit in the mailbox and the lid can be closed properly. We have raised this concern with the carrier and in person, but the issue persists. We would appreciate it if Canada Post could address and resolve this matter. Our mailbox has ample space for magazine-sized mail or smaller, and it is vital that our mail is protected from the elements.

Hello, we have been waiting for our parcel for 2 days now. Yesterday, they almost delivered it to the wrong person. Today, we were told it would be here by 11 am. We have been calling all day and asking to speak with a supervisor since that's who was supposedly delivering our parcel. When we asked to talk to the supervisor, we were refused by the lady we spoke to. It's 9:32 pm now and we are still waiting for our parcel. If someone could possibly let us know when we can expect our parcel, that would be great. We also asked if we could pick up our parcel and were told no. So, if someone could let us know when we could possibly have our parcel, we have been patiently waiting for that would be great. Thank you.

I encountered a frustrating experience when trying to resolve this issue by contacting customer service and enduring a lengthy hold time. In early September, I sent a birthday card to a friend in Vancouver with the correct postal code, city, province, street number, and street name, but mistakenly wrote "Court" instead of "Street." Over a month later, the envelope came back labeled with an Incomplete Address. Now, I have to re-address the card and pay for a new stamp. I am requesting Canada Post to provide me with the new stamp or even better, a book of stamps.

Today, I arrived at the store at 10:20 to pick up a parcel, only to find it closed despite the posted Saturday opening time of 10:00.
