Hello,*Can you help me check what happens with my registered letter? I sent letter on **th of January as priority registered letter by Polish Post - to Canada to Kugluktuk NU X*B *E*. Tracking number - RR*********PL. Letter left Poland on **th of January and it was sent by air, so it should have long been the territory of Canada. Please don't ask me to contact the Post Office in my country, because this is not the right answer. Of course I contacted Postal Service in Poland, but you must notice, that Polish Post monitors road of shipment only on the territory of Poland until departure from Poland, further road of shipment according with international standards is monitored by Post Office from the country of destination. *Why Canada Post don't put information about foreign registered letters on your website tracking system? *I'm reminding, that my letter was sent as REGISTERED (I paid for registered letter with tracking). I sent letters to the whole world and never had such problems. Generally it is the norm in every highly developed country on the world (Australia, Japan, Great Britain, Brazil, Germany, France etc. also in Poland). When my letters arrived after *-* days (all registered letter are sent from Poland by air, also to Canada) to these countries, immediately appeared information on mail tracking pages from their countries for example: "shipment arrived and is now in the sorting department" or "shipment arrived and is now in customs department" etc.*Why this information is not in your (Canada Post) tracking system? Because Canada Post ignore foreign shipments and change status of the shipment from registered letter for standard letter. Yesterday on your chat I received from your consultant confirmation of this - "tracking is not available for international registered mail."*Why you don't follow international standards and change status of the foreign shipments from registered (with tracking) for standard (without) tracking. Other countries don't have a problem with that and don't change status of the foreign shipments - shipments all the time stay registered with tracking.*Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.*Best Regards*Marcin
