I tried to have this problem resolved by contacting the customer service number which was a very frustration experience not to mention the time on hold. *During the first week of September I mailed a birthday card to a friend in Vancouver. The postal code was absolutely correct, as was the city and province, street number and street name. Instead of writing down "Street", I wrote Court. Last week, more than a month later, the envelope was returned with an Incomplete Address designation. REALLY?????*Now I am being asked to re-address the card and of course put on a new stamp.*At a minimum, I would like Canada Post to provide me with the stamp. A book of stamps would be even more appreciated. *Marie Marchand***** Wellington Drive*Vernon BC V*T *H*
