I did not receive a call or notification for parcel, when I check online tracking, it stated that it is out for delivery, but I have waited for whole day without receiving on *th ****. On the next day, I was out from **:** to **:**, however, the pick up notice is shown on **:**, what happened with Canada post? Is somebody lying? Why I pay for the highest rate and I still need to go to the post office to pick up my *kg parcel? Do I have to request CCTV record?I am now requesting a re-delivery!
(Update)Canada Post left a pick up card on **:**, but I am sure that there are two people at home with quiet environment. I have not heard any knock or notification. They are lying to me.
