GetHuman-moritemp's customer service issue with Bungie.net from June 2018

Help with my Bungie.net issue
Every time i open my inventory or preview an item while in the tower i have a super imposed shadow*silhouette on my screen of whatever i was looking at previously. this wouldn't be a problem if it didn't interfere with my screen while playing, i have tested out all graphics setting, scanned and repaired game files, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the game. i do not know the next step or what to do from here.
I trust that Bungie.net will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
