I was billed after canceling my subscription which resulted in an overdraft fee at my credit union. I only took an *.** subscription and cancelled it after the term. I was billed on **** for *.** which was fine but then again on **** for *.** when I had already cancelled it well before the date. I need something in writing showing this is an error and to ensure my subscription is not going to renew again. I managed it through iTunes just as your website showed. It said expired on ****.
GetHuman-damselof did not yet indicate what Bumble should do to make this right.
