I have already submitted this via email, but here is my inquiry: Good afternoon, **I have a question about the account notifications. Do you only receive email notifications - such as "You have * new notifications" etc if the account is active and being used on a regular basis? **If the account has been deleted from your phone, not deactivated, and isn't used regularly would you still receive those emails, or are those emails notifying of new notifications only if the account is being used on a daily or regular basis? **I appreciate your quick response and help. I was looking for a phone number to call, but there isn’t one? I would appreciate an email back today.
