Good Afternoon,*So days ago I received an email from British Gas advising me that I should arrange a 'Homecae' appointment.*I tried to do so this afternoon. I failed because you aren't doing them during coronations epidemic.*Two questions:**. If you are not doing them, why tell customers that they are due one?**. We pay £** per month, part of which is for an annual service which, you say, you cannot fulfil. How can I be reimbersed please.**Regards,*Peter J. Day
