I'm asking for my mother in law . has you are changing from pay point to payzone can she still pay at post office she uses now and can she use same card she uses now.

GetHuman-tract did not yet indicate what British Gas should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-tract fixed the problem
Got on line. Going from pay point to pay one wich is post office so mother in law can carry on has she is. No changing her card. If she wanted too top up some where else she would have to find participating shops.
