Last month I was told that the smart meter that had been installed in my home Dec **** and checked in Dec **** was not connected. Apparently I was still on the dual meter readings despite being sent smart reading bills. A smart meter engineer cam in ? Nov to check and she said I was connected. I ten was told that I wasn't connected by you that I am not being overcharged. Nothing Pretty poor I think
