I had a free annual service booked for Aug.*nd. A man contracted out ( NOT a BG man) came & broke the filter, was very rude, just left with it still broken.Next day a proper British Gas man came & replaced filter, in so doing he managed to stop my hot water system! I called out another of your team who then fixed it.I am a disabled person & am disgusted with this treatment & finally for all of this which obviously should be FREE I got an invoice this morning for £**! This is disgraceful & I want a full apology.invoice number is *************. order number **********.My name is Mrs L Gilmour-Wood
