Hello**My booking reference is **JGS*PQ**I have made by myself an upgrade**a few hours ago and then after **calling british airways **they told me that the upgrade**was not done properly and they**procceded doing the upgrade In**their office. **By doing that my credit card has **been charged twice the ammount **of the upgrade ***.** euros plus ***.** euro. **Please fix immediately this because **MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED **TWICE THE AMOUNT OF ***.**
